EDGE: Are you concerned for friends and family still in Ukraine right now?

Wrongskiy: Most of my family are no longer in Ukraine, most of my friends escaped to other countries, but I am still worried about some of them that did not/could not get out of the country before the War started. And of course, I am very worried about their safety all the time.

EDGE:: What drew you to creating explicit gay content online?

Wrongskiy: During COVID pandemic, I was looking for alternatives to making money, and I also enjoy being seen by other people. It boosts my confidence.

EDGE: Do fans or collaborators suggest things that push your boundaries?

Wrongskiy: I do receive some very weird requests from fans in my messages, but I do not always feel the need to comply. If the request makes me feel uncomfortable, I will not do it. Luckily, with collaborators I always found people that are on the same page as me.

EDGE: What collabs have you especially enjoyed? What fellow creators would you like to collaborate with that you haven't yet?

Wrongskiy: I met very cool guys here in Canada, such as JasonDutchXXX, Soli86, BareRangerX and BeefyCanuck. We are not only making content, but we are also becoming friends.

I would LOVE to collaborate with Colby Jansen. OH. DEAR. GOD. I have been following his career for sooo many years.

EDGE: Many people don't like how they look in video or photographs. Is putting yourself out there this way a therapeutic form of healing and self-acceptance for you?

Wrongskiy: Yes. It makes me feel desirable and boosts my confidence a lot. It is not just about making money, but about making a statement.

EDGE: Do others open up to you about this?

Wrongskiy: Other people do open up to me, but in private messages. They send me some very inspiring comments.

EDGE: Do you encounter hate from trolls?

Wrongskiy: I do receive some hate, yes. But I also understand that some people feel the need to express hate when all they are looking for is understanding. I always try to reply with a positive message to show that I am there for them, even if they are negative. I try to show that positivity and openness is the way to communicate, rather than pushing them further away than they already feel, using hateful comments.

EDGE: Do your two professions – singer and content creator – intersect much? Do you fellow singers see your content? Do audience members know you from you online work?

Wrongskiy: No, they do not. I keep these two very separate and, if they know, I am not aware of it. On a Sunday I could be singing in church wearing a choir robe in the morning, and wearing a harness in the afternoon, haha. But both are very important to me and both give me physical and emotional satisfaction

EDGE: Are you partnered, and if you are, do you and your partner have rules around what sort of content you can create and what sorts of adventures you can have?

Wrongskiy: Yes, I am partnered, and he is very supportive. Sometimes he even helps by filming or giving tips on what to do.

EDGE: What is your ideal night in?

Wrongskiy: Friends, movies, snacks and board games!

EDGE: What are hobbies you have that might surprise your fans?

Wrongskiy: I love cooking and inventing dishes with whatever items I can find in my kitchen pantry and fridge!

EDGE: Would you like to expand your online presence?

Wrongskiy: I feel like I am doing enough for now. I am not that greedy, hehe.
