Lexus of Cherry Hill Raises Money for Childhood Cancer

EDGE READ TIME: 2 MIN.

Lexus of Cherry Hill is partnering with The St. Baldrick's Foundation, a volunteer-driven charity dedicated to raising money for childhood cancer research. They will host one of St. Baldrick's signature head-shaving events on March 15, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. where participants will shave their heads in solidarity with kids with cancer and raise money to Conquer Childhood Cancers!

Licensed cosmetologists from Maria Pacifico's Salon M Design of Haddonfield will be donating their time to shave heads for this worthy cause.
Why all the shaved heads? Worldwide, a child is diagnosed with cancer every three minutes, and one in five children diagnosed in the U.S. will not survive.

With only 4 percent of all federal cancer research funding dedicated to pediatric cancer research, St. Baldrick's Foundation volunteers, supporters and donors are needed to continue the battle against this devastating disease.

In addition, Lexus of Cherry Hill will donate $25.00 for every IS 250 test driven between Mar. 3 and Mar. 17, 2014. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement.
