On July 29, the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP) held its inaugural meeting of its newly formed Las Vegas chapter at Allure Las Vegas, the stunning 41-story high rise luxury condominium tower, which opened its doors on Sahara at the Strip in early 2008. The event was organized by local Realtor Dale Rowse of ReMax Central Las Vegas and Gudrun Fonfa of ASF Realty & Investments, Inc. The event took place in the elegant Penthouse at Allure, which features some of the most expansive, eye popping, panoramic views available from any local high rise property of the Las Vegas Strip (north and south), Red Rock Canyon and Sunrise mountain. A tour of Allure was available to the attendees, which became known as Allure's Coming Out Party.

While this is a newly formed organization in Las Vegas, NAGLREP has proven to be a valuable association for countless LGBT Realtors nationwide, and promotes itself as a politically conscious organization that advocates on behalf of the rights of the LGBT community as it relates to housing and discrimination laws. Equally important to this mission is to work with legislators from near and far at the local, state and federal level to enact legislation that would eliminate all discrimination laws and provide fair and equal rights to the LGBT community.

The developers and staff of Allure Las Vegas are extremely proud to partner with NAGLREP Las Vegas and look forward to hosting many more events for the local LGBT. For more information on becoming a member of NAGLREP and/or showing or investing in Allure Las Vegas, please call Dale Rowse at (702) 298 6186 or Anne Mulford at (702) 604-2025. Annual membership in NAGLREP is $300, and a portion of all membership fees will benefit the Human Rights Campaign.
