Two anonymous men recently came forward to accuse gay porn star Topher DiMaggio of rape. The accusations come just days after fellow performer Tegan Zayne took to Twitter and detailed a story in which he alleged DiMaggio pressured him into sex and raped him before filming a scene together in the summer of 2016.

After reading about Zayne's allegations, a friend of Hornet writer Tim Lewis reached out to him to detail his story. The man, referred to as "Dan," who is not in the gay porn industry, alleges DiMaggio raped him at an afterparty two years ago. In a lengthy statement, Dan shares the alleged incident.

...Things went by, people left the party, and the next thing I remember is that I am alone with Topher in this place. I don't know if I fell asleep and he woke me up, or how exactly I got into this position, but I was in the bedroom, I wasn't wearing clothes, I was face-down, and he was trying to have sex with me.

And so I remember saying "No, I don't want to do this," and he said, "No, don't worry about it," and that's kind of exactly what he said to Tegan. He was like, "No, it's fine, don't worry about it." He inserted himself inside of me and started to have sex with me.

I said, "Stop, no, this hurts," and he said, "Just don't worry about it. Don't worry about it." And he kept going and going and going and I just remember saying "no, please stop, no, please." And I remember ... I could see it and feel it in my head. I could remember where I was, where my body was, the pain, where he was, and then he finished inside me.

And [I] was like ... OK, well, what the fuck? I don't know where I am, really. I'm stuck here. And then I woke up the next morning, not really knowing what was happening, sort of putting the pieces together. It wasn't until I left and went home and I showered and I felt the pain and I was like, Holy shit, I need to go see a doctor.

Dan goes on to say he went to the hospital and was given STD tests. He was also put on anti-retroviral HIV medications. He adds he didn't tell the police because he was "frightened" of the possible consequences.

He also told Hornet that Zayne's story helped him to come forward.

"Seeing my abuser called out for what he did sparked me to say, 'Fuck it, it happened to me, too, and that fucker did it to me, too'. And I want to say something. Because there are probably others," Dan added.

A third man, also anonymous, came forward to detail rape allegations against DiMaggio. Speaking with the gay porn news site Str8UpGayPorn (extremely NSFW), the 33-year-old man referred to as "Bryan" said DiMaggio raped him at a friend's house, after a night of clubbing and drinking.

..."That's where it happened, at the bathroom in the house. That's where it got violent. I had to go pee, so I went to the bathroom, but he followed me into the bathroom. He said, 'I have to take a leak as well', and I was like, 'Whatever.'

I let him go first, and he peed. Then I go to pee, and he got right behind me. Next thing I know, he pushed me forward against the wall behind the toilet, and then he pushed my face against the wall, really hard. My lip busted open on the wall, and I started tasting the blood.

He just kept saying, 'It's fine, it's fine, it's fine'. And then he pulled down my pants all the way. Remember, I was still trying to pee, but I couldn't. And then I felt him behind me, and I realized what he was really trying to do. So, I said, 'No, don't. Stop.' I kept saying 'No.'

Then I said, 'I don't bottom.' I kept saying 'No' again, and then again he was all, 'Don't worry about it. Don't worry. It's fine.'"

Bryan, who is also not in the gay porn industry, alleged the assault went on for about 10 to 15 minutes.

"When he finally stopped and he let me go, I asked him if he was finished, and he was like, 'Yeah. I busted twice.' He pulled up his pants and walked out of the bathroom," he said.

He added that he told his mother and close friends about the alleged incident but did not report it to police.

"At first, I was unsure where the line was drawn, and whether or not it was crossed to be called a rape," he said. "But then I was like, no, I said 'No', and he kept going, and he was violent, and by definition this was rape."

DiMaggio has denied Zayne's claims but has yet to speak out about the two men who have recently come forward with more allegations. DiMaggio initially told the gay porn news site Queer Me Now (extremely NSFW) of Zayne: "He's crazy and twists stories. He was so happy to film with me even the next day. It's sad. I'm [not] going to give it any attention."

The porn star also took to Twitter and said in part, "I vehemently deny all these allegations. Those horrific accusations have shocked me to my core. All of my relations with this person have been consensual & willing."

After it was pointed out that DiMaggio plagiarized his response denying rape allegations from media mogul Russell Simmons, who denied allegations of women accusing him of rape in a statement for The New York Times, DiMaggio deleted his tweets, Str8UpGayPorn reported in a separate article.
